Peanut butter chocolate protein pancake stack

Ingredients

PREP TIME:

  • Prep: 10-15min

  • Cook: 5-10min

  • Ready in 15-20min

PANCAKE MIXTURE

  • 50g Banana (Mashed) 

  • 20g Double Chocolate Casein Custard (plant based casein by Muscle Nation or similar) 

  • 80g Liquid Egg Whites 

TOPPINGS

  • 10g Macro Mike Peanut Butter Protein Powder 

  • 5g Maple Almond Cluster (Freedom Foods) 

  • 10g Nuttvia Spread (Or Biscoff spread for higher calories) 

  • 5g Coles no sugar dark Chocolate (chopped) 

  • 25ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup 

Procedure

  1. In a bowl mix together your pancake mixture: Banana, Casein custard (dry) and Egg whites until well combined.

  2. Turn on your sandwich press or heat up your frying pan (I like to cook my pancakes on a sandwich press as I find it cooks them well without burning).  

  3. Add 1 tablespoon at a time of water to your protein powder to form a peanut butter spread and mix well together. (Don't add too much water at once as it might end up too runny)

  4. Once your pancakes are cooked, plate them up and top with topping listed or your favourite choice of toppings.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
