We offer competition packages for those looking to compete in any bodybuilding categories. Please allow at least 12-20 weeks of preparation time. The more time you allow, the better the results!
Your coach will be Scott who has 20 years experience helping and preparing Athletes. He takes pride in making sure your physical and mental health are catered for and strives to bring health and physique sciences to this amazing sport.
DAILY GROUP SESSION SCHEDULE

Afternoon: 3PM-6PM
